TIGRA-SV is a software package for analyzing structural variants in data sets produced with second-generation sequencing. Structural variants (SVs) are extended genome alterations such as large insertions, deletions, inversions, and translocations. They are an abundant class of genome variants in humans and can have significant biological effects.
